Event Planner

We’re looking for a dynamic Event Operations Specialist who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys working closely with senior leadership and clients.Requirements:• Lead end-to-end execution of virtual events (Zoom/Webex) including registration, stakeholder coordination, and live delivery• Manage logistics for in-person conferences – venue, catering, A/V, vendors, and on-site execution• Collaborate with internal teams and senior stakeholders to ensure flawless event delivery• Train teams on event technologies and best practices• Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance audience engagement• Support multiple events/projects with strong attention to detailWhat We’re Looking For:2+ years of hands-on event management experience (virtual events required)Strong experience with platforms like Zoom / WebexProven ability to work with C-level stakeholders and clientsExcellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsLocal to Irving, TX and open to hybrid workComfortable with domestic travel (~30%)Duration- 6 Months ContractAbout US Tech Solutions:US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
