Vice President of Operations - QSR

Position Overview: We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Vice President of Operations to lead our franchisee operations for a growing quick service restaurant (QSR) group. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the QSR industry, a proven track record in operations management, and a strong focus on driving performance, profitability, and brand consistency across multiple locations.Key Responsibilities:Operational Leadership: Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple franchise locations, ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and brand standardsStrategic Planning: Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement operational strategies that support the company’s growth objectives and enhance operational efficiencyFinancial Management: Monitor financial performance of each location, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L analysis.
