This sales role is focused on both winning new business, as well as growing existing customer relationships.This full-time position reports directly to the Sales Manager and is based out of our corrugated box plant in San Antonio, Texas with travel throughout a 150-mile radius of San Antonio. IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:Develop new business opportunities through lead generation and follow up.Manage and track opportunities throughout our organization.Maintain and grow business within prospects & customers through relationship building and exemplary customer service.Work with personnel in each department to ensure smooth flow of orders through all plant operations.Comply with all company safety and employment policies.This position is a Salary and Commission Based position and pay is depending upon experience.
