What you will do
The HRIS & Benefits Analyst provides analytical, operations, and systems support to ensure the accurate administration, compliance and effective delivery of the Company's health & welfare and retirement benefits programs. The role supports HR and Total Rewards operations through benefits administration, regulatory compliance activities, vendor data management, reporting, and audits, while serving as a subject matter expert in HRIS and benefit system functionality.
Support the administration of qualified and nonqualified retirement programs including 401(k) profit sharing, defined benefit pension plan, deferred compensation program, and other retirement programs.
Coordinate eligibility, enrollments, contributions and distributions in timely manner.
Assist with nondiscrimination testing, audits, Form 5500 filing, and plan compliance.
Liaise with recordkeepers, actuaries, auditors, and third-party administrators.
Assist with plan communication and employee education.
Support health & welfare benefit compliance (ACA, ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, Section 125).
Monitor regulatory changes and support implementation of required updates
Support open enrollment setup, audits, and data and file issue resolution.
Maintain and optimize HR systems including: HRIS, performance management and job description repository
Ensure data integrity, reporting accuracy, and system configuration alignment.
Lead system upgrades, enhancements, testing, and integrations.
Create and maintain HR dashboards and reports.
Troubleshoot file transmission errors and reconcile discrepancies.
Maintain file layouts, schedules and documentation.
Ensure data privacy and secure file transfer protocols.
Lead assigned workstreams and execution activities for benefits and HRIS initiatives.
Develop and maintain technology-based solutions, as well as designing end user interfaces and reporting.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Conforms with all corporate policies and procedures.
What you need
3-5 years of HRIS, benefits and retirement plan administration experience required
This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work cross-functionally with HR, Payroll, Finance, and external vendors
Knowledge of ERISA and benefits compliance requirements
Experience managing vendor data files and system integrations required
Experience with UKG, PeopleFluent
Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS), SHRM-CP, or related certification preferred
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field

$83,600 - $102,000
