- Test LeadLocation- Houston TXSalary- $130K/YRemote- NOOnsite QE Lead / Test LeadMust Have:8-14 years of overall testing services experience in which a minimum of 4-6 years of experience in leading testing efforts from test planning to reporting covering full test life cycleShould be capable of managing entire testing engagement, which involves overseeing a team of 40+ FTEs, and building a very strong relationship with our stakeholders.E2E Testing Experience is an added advantage as the selected candidate will be working in the E2E testing area with Stakeholders. Prior experience is an added advantage.Should have played a role of single point of contact from testing standpoint driving schedule, budget and quality control aspects in projects including stakeholder and escalation managementStrong testing background with expertise across functional manual, automation, data, regression, API, End-to-End system integration testing and performance testing aspects in a project technical architecture covering Web, Mobile, Cloud, CRM, ERP and DatawarehouseSolid Experience on test automation and performance test frameworks, tools integration and various testing techniques including but not limited to Exploratory Testing, A / B Testing etc.,Hands-on experience on Web and Mobile test automation tools such as : Selenium, TestNG, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, pytest, RestAssured and Grafana K6Strong work experience in shift-left testing mechanism, continuous Testing in CI/CD landscape including experience with tools integration, Jenkins orchestration and release train automationExperience with Test Management tools such as QMetry, JIRA, and ConfluenceExpertise on test data and test environment management processesA solid practical understanding of Agile Software Testing, user story analysis, test scenario identification, test case/script preparation, review, UAT Support and overall defect managementShould be able to work independently and able to proactively identify testing needs such as test resources, test data and test environments ensuring testing happens within the given constraintsExceptional communication skills and ability to articulate technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholdersAbility to drive QE transformation, new tools/frameworks and testing types in a dynamic work environment in an ever-evolving IT landscape to meet client's quality objectivesAbility to mentor and guide junior team membersGood to have:Knowledge of the Foods and Beverages domain
