As a Sage Intacct Manager at RSM, you will work with various sized businesses in the nonprofit industry with direct access to business owners.Working and leading numerous team engagements per year, you will be the point person on several pieces of any particular assignment, not just one small part, and you will feel a great sense of accomplishment when you are done. The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience in the nonprofit industry and Sage Intacct’s cloud-based technology solution along with an understanding of how to leverage technology for process improvement.Responsibilities IncludeProvide proficient knowledge and capabilities in the Sage Intacct Nonprofit application, including the functional configuration, business processes, and technical architectureProactive scope the technical solution required to address customer requirements, assesses customers’ met and unmet needs, and recommends solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the firmIdentify client business pains, needs, and requirements, and document in the form of project specifications and deliverablesManage client engagements and relationshipsWill be asked to lead and/or participate in client sales, demonstrations, and implementations.Perform fit/gap analysis, process design, solution design, system testing, unit testing, guide user acceptance testing (UAT), support user adoption, training, and go live activitiesProvide day-to-day technical application support for client companiesManage your time between immediate client support needs, ongoing projects, and practice development/sales activities such as demonstrations and creating proposalsWork with RSM and clients to provide project management, change management, scope management, project status reporting, and communicate issues and risksPerform dashboard and report designOpportunistically pursue additional business development opportunities within clientsCollaborate with sales to ensure opportunities are effectively covered and advancedWork closely with clients in the configuration and migration to new systemsPerform and manage solution integration with Marketplace Partners and other solutionsManage, mentor, lead, and develop direct report staff and team members on projectsActively assist with other project-based initiatives on an ad-hoc basis, including quality control review and technology/process optimization of current client baseOptimize use of Sage Intacct system through the following activities:Business process evaluationProcedure developmentSystem process flow and requirementsQA planning and testingCreation and oversight of documentation related to standard operating procedures.User training development and deploymentProduction support for problems and enhancements resulting from quarterly product releasesProvide technical support to end-users to resolve issues with Sage Intacct use, including escalation through proper channels within RSM and with Sage Intacct supportPerform other duties/projects as requiredBasic QualificationsHave 10+ years of relevant industry and consulting experienceExperience how to configured and design Sage Intacct for different micro-verticals including: Associations, Human & Community Services, Philanthropy & Grantmaking Foundations, Healthcare & Behavioral Health, Faith-based & Religious Organizations, Education, International NGOs & Humanitarian, and Arts, Culture & HumanitiesExperience with Sage Intacct Nonprofit capabilities including Grants Tracking and Billing, Spend Management, Nonprofit Revenue Recognition, Sage Intacct Advanced CRM Integration for Nonprofits, Nonprofit Digital Board Book, Mateo Savings & LoansExperience with integrating common 3rd party solutions such as BILL, MineralTree, Nimble, iMIS, Martus, Solver, Adaptive, DataBlend, DonorPerfect, Fluxx, Kanso, FACTSPreferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree; preference in Accounting, Finance, MIS, IT or Computer ScienceSage Intacct certificationsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong computer skills, including MS OfficeAbility to work as an effective member of a teamWillingness to travelExperience in additional industries: such as Healthcare, Construction, Professional Services, or Financial Services a plusCPA a plusAt RSM, we offer a competitive benefits and compensation package for all our people. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.Compensation Range: $107,000 - $214,500Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
