JOB OVERVIEW The Creative Manager will be responsible for supporting the event design process from initial concept, through sourcing and execution. In this Creative Department role, they will collaborate with our account and event production teams to identify client needs. They will assist in identifying event design, identity, and graphic opportunities throughout and will be an expert in adhering to the client's brand guidelines across platforms. Additional responsibilities include site inspections, floorplan layouts, supplier sourcing, managing timelines and identifying design trends. As Imprint's creative capabilities continue to evolve, Creative Managers collaborate across physical, graphic, and digital touchpoints to deliver cohesive experiential concepts. CREATIVE FOCUS AREAS Imprint's Creative Managers operate within defined creative focus areas while collaborating as a unified team. This role will primarily support one creative lane based on experience and team needs, while partnering closely with other creative disciplines. Brand, graphic, and visual identity design (event branding systems, graphic execution, brand stewardship) JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Identifies and communicates clients' design goals and maintains relationships. Curates event design from creation of mood boards, style boards, concept boards, sourcing, and spatial development. Collaborates with Creative Operations and Production teams to inform design decisions within approved budgets. Participates in production and planning meetings when creative input or decision-making is required. Liaises closely with the team to manage timelines on all creative design-related deliverables. Maintains close communication with Account Managers to adjust design concepts throughout the contracting phase and with Event Producers in the production phase. Maintains deadlines through strict adherence to internal timelines and works closely with the team to develop reasonable timelines for deliverables. Can work well with all levels of management and staff, supplier representatives, venue staff, clients, and partners. KEY COMPETENCIES Demonstrates depth in at least one creative discipline (conceptual design, experiential storytelling, or brand/graphic identity), with the ability to collaborate across other creative areas. Portfolio designed with impeccable style. Aesthetic eye for environments and branding integration. Vigorous ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent interpersonal skills and communication. Thrives in rapid growth, fast-paced environments and adapts well to change. Resourceful, anticipates needs and can troubleshoot. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite. Quick and eager learner. Curious and engaged. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE Exposure to digital, interactive, or emerging technologies is a plus, including: AR (Augmented Reality) and VR (Virtual Reality) experiences used within events, brand activations, or experiential campaigns. Interactive or screen-based content integrated into physical environments. Collaboration with external digital, motion, or immersive technology partners. Understanding how physical design, graphics, and storytelling extend into digital touchpoints. This role does not require technical development or immersive build expertise. Comfort concepting around and collaborating on immersive elements is valued. Bachelor's degree (or 3 years in industry work) in graphic design, fine arts, interior design, or other related fields. Experience with Monday.com a plus. Experience with Ziflowa a plus. Experience in spatial planning and floorplan management systems. The salary range for this position is $70,000 to $80,000 annually based on relevant experience, industry knowledge, and technical expertise. This position is also eligible for performance-based bonuses and profit-sharing opportunities.
