Role Description The Director of Sales and Business Development will oversee and drive revenue growth, cultivate client relationships, and identify new business opportunities within the security services industry. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Greater Houston. Responsibilities include leading sales operations, managing a high-performing sales team, developing strategic business partnerships, and collaborating with internal teams to meet business growth targets. The role requires proactive engagement with potential clients and partners, with a focus on delivering tailored solutions that align with Motorcade's standards of quality and excellence. Qualifications Strong skills in Sales and Sales Operations to drive business growth and meet revenue objectivesExperience in Business Development and identifying high-value partnerships and client opportunitiesProficiency in Customer Service to build and maintain lasting client relationshipsProven ability in Team Management to lead and motivate a sales team towards achieving strategic goalsExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsStrategic mindset with the ability to analyze market trends and develop actionable plansPrevious experience in the security, facilities management, or related industry is a plusBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
