The role partners closely with clinical and non‑clinical leaders to interpret financial performance, answer questions, and provide actionable insights, while ensuring the accuracy and integrity of reports, forecasts, and models. This analyst collaborates cross‑functionally to resolve data issues, improve reporting processes, and support leadership presentations, spending three days per week on‑site to work directly with hospital teams in a contract‑to‑hire capacity.
