Supply Chain Risk & Resilience Lead - Erlanger, KYThis is a salaried, exempt level role.
About the Role:As the End-to-End Supply Chain Risk & Resilience Lead, you will report to the Director of Supply Chain Strategy as part of our regional supply chain team. In this role, you'll focus on identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks across our end-to-end supply chain to ensure continuity, reliability, and sustainability. You'll also drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen and modernize our supply chain processes.
What You'll Do:Risk Identification and Assessment
Identify vulnerabilities in our supply networks
Analyze internal and external risk factors affecting supply chain performance
Use data, modeling, and risk frameworks to monitor end-to-end supply chain health
Resilience Strategy Development
Develop and implement plans to increase supply chain agility and responsiveness
Create scenario and contingency plans, recommending redundancies to ensure supply chain continuity
Monitoring and Reporting
Track risk indicators and develop dashboards and reports for daily, weekly, and monthly briefings
Embed resilience measures into Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) cycles
Escalate emerging threats that may impact our on-time, in-full (OTIF) delivery performance
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with internal and external stakeholders across the value chain to integrate risk controls
Align resilience strategies with business continuity plans
Lead cross-functional teams through scenario planning and modeling exercises
Support Procurement with supply chain risk management programs
Facilitate escalations across the value chain
Continuous Improvement
Recommend and lead process improvements and best practices
Research industry benchmarks to measure against our internal KPIs
Work with supply chain leaders to identify gaps and ensure all processes are documented
Support training programs within the supply chain team
Additional Responsibilities
Develop working knowledge of our information technology systems
Adhere to corporate compliance policies and safety programs
Build positive, cooperative relationships with colleagues across divisions
Communicate effectively across the office and other locations
Maintain flexibility to work outside normal business hours, including weekends when needed
Skills & Qualifications:Required QualificationsA bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, economics, finance, accounting, or a related field, OR equivalent experience in supply chain operations
At least 5 years of experience in supply planning, production scheduling (manufacturing facility or multiple production lines), logistics, or purchasing
Strong analytical skills and ability to assess risk and exercise sound judgment
Proficiency with spreadsheet, database, and word processing software in a Windows environment
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in team environments
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
