Compliance AssistantWe're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Compliance Assistant to join our team in an entry-level capacity. This is a hands-on apprenticeship designed to provide real-world training in regulatory compliance, security frameworks (like SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA), and internal operations. This is a highly competitive role within our apprenticeship program, offering a fast-track pathway to becoming a full-time Compliance Analyst or Security Analyst for top-performing candidates. What You'll Do: Support our compliance team with day-to-day administrative tasks Help review, track, and organize documentation related to audits, policies, and internal control Assist with client onboarding, evidence collection, and monitoring workflow Learn how to use leading compliance platforms and tools Collaborate with consultants and senior team members to ensure deadlines are met What We're Looking For: A strong interest in compliance, cybersecurity, legal, or operations 4-year college degree or 4 years of continuous work experience in a professional, client-facing role Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to follow structured processes and learn quickly No prior experience in compliance required we will train you Career Path: This is a 12-month paid apprenticeship program at $20/hour, with a clear track to a full-time salaried Compliance Coordinator or Analyst role upon successful completion. We're upfront about who we are: a fast-paced, high-growth startup where expectations are high and the learning curve is steep. This is a 100% in-person role, and while the official schedule is full-time, success here often requires going beyond the typical 40-hour workweek, especially for those looking to grow quickly into analyst positions.
