Senior Structural Engineer

It is well suited for an engineer who wants to move beyond traditional consulting work and take an active role in real world, buildable engineering solutions.With continued investment driven by hyperscale data centers, cloud computing, and AI infrastructure, this organization is expanding its engineering leadership team to support long term growth.Key ResponsibilitiesLead conceptual and detailed structural design across pre sales and post sales phasesDesign steel structures, foundations, lifting and anchoring systems, and structural interfacesPerform static and dynamic analysis including blast impact calculationsProduce structural narratives and SD, DD, and CD documentationCoordinate with mechanical, electrical, architectural, and civil engineering teamsReview and approve structural product and vendor submittalsDefine material specifications, finishes, welding procedures, inspection, and testing requirementsSupport fabrication by validating construction processes, weld quality, and workmanshipTravel to fabrication facilities to conduct design reviews, audits, and technical validationsProvide technical coordination with customers, suppliers, and internal project teamsDeliver innovative, cost effective solutions without compromising quality or reliabilityRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Structural, Civil Engineering or equivalent experienceFour plus years of relevant structural engineering experienceExperience with industrial, modular, or steel structures preferredStrong understanding of building codes, standards, and compliance requirementsProficiency in AutoCAD and Autodesk RevitAbility to interpret construction drawings and technical specificationsStrong written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated leadership, problem solving, and project coordination abilityProfessional Engineer license a plus, but not requiredWhy Consider This RoleHigh impact engineering where designs are fabricated and builtExposure to hyperscale data center and modular construction projectsTechnical ownership and leadership responsibilityLong term career growth in a future proof industrySupportive environment that values innovation, quality, and engineering excellence
