Recently expanding our footprint with a new Florida office, we now serve clients throughout the eastern United States, continuing to grow while keeping our family values at the core of our success.If you’re looking to join a company that values people as much as performance — where you can laugh, grow, and make a real impact — you’ll feel right at home here.Responsibilities:Demonstrate, promote, and understand the asphalt industry - Strategically present functionality and key value propositions to prospective customersDevelop and foster relationships - Maintain close communications with prospects and existing customers to close sales and promote customer retentionMeet and exceed targets - Achieve monthly and quarterly individual and team goals for new customer acquisitionTrack progress and results - Record prospect interactions and track goal attainment in HubSpot systemResearch and understand target market - Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and The Hatch Group’s overall market opportunityRequirements:1-2 years experience selling asphalt, construction, or similar industry servicesBachelor’s degree or equivalentExcellent ability to manage and build relationshipsDemonstrated ability to meet and exceed acquisition goalsAdvanced skills in communicating, selling and negotiatingUnrelenting drive to understand and meet prospective customer needsFamiliarity with HubSpot and Google SuiteCompensation: Annual base salary with commission structureTravel: 60% Travel required to be on job sites, complete site walks, and meet with customers as needed throughout the Central Florida areaOur employees enjoy a work culture that promotes positivity, inclusivity and career acceleration.
