This role sits at the intersection of performance marketing, creator-driven growth, and lifecycle strategy — connecting every acquisition channel with the retention engine that drives real, sustainable LTV.You'll oversee Paid Media, Podcast, Affiliate, Influencer, Content, OOH, OTT, Email, and SMS — and you won't just manage them. You'll integrate them into a seamless, data-driven growth system.Please note that this is a hybrid position of 4 days/week in our Los Angeles office.What You'll DoBuild and execute a comprehensive full-funnel growth strategy spanning acquisition, lifecycle, and retention marketing, directly aligned to company objectives and long-term business growthOwn and scale Affiliate programs, including partner strategy, commission structures, incrementality tracking, and performance optimizationLead Influencer & Creator Marketing from end-to-end — program design, sourcing, contracting, relationship management, and performance measurementDrive Content strategy that fuels both top-of-funnel acquisition and deeper customer engagement across the customer lifecycleOwn Lifecycle Marketing strategy across email, SMS, onboarding, customer journey orchestration, retention, loyalty, and reactivation programsManage and integrate marketing channels across Paid Media, Affiliate, Podcast, OOH, OTT, Email, SMS, and emerging growth channels to create cohesive, data-driven customer experiencesOwn and optimize a multi-million dollar Growth and Retention/CRM budget with a strong focus on CAC, LTV, retention, incrementality, and overall ROIImplement and scale rigorous testing frameworks — including A/B, lift, incrementality, and multivariate testing — across acquisition and lifecycle channels to continuously improve performanceAnalyze campaign, channel, and customer data to identify growth opportunities, optimize funnel performance, and drive measurable business impactPartner cross-functionally with Product, CX, EDP, Finance, and Creative teams to deliver seamless, customer-centric experiences across every touchpointCollaborate closely with Creative teams to develop high-performing briefs and campaigns informed by acquisition, retention, and customer behavior insightsOversee external agencies, vendors, and strategic partners to ensure strong execution, operational excellence, and scalable growth across all marketing functionsLead and mentor a high-performing team across acquisition, performance marketing, and lifecycle/CRM functions, fostering a culture of accountability, experimentation, and continuous optimizationDeliver regular reporting, insights, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership on growth, retention, lifecycle performance, and overall marketing effectivenessWhat You HaveBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field8+ years of experience in growth and lifecycle marketing, ideally within a DTC environmentProven success managing both acquisition and retention channels, including Paid Media, Email, SMS, and Affiliate (Podcast, OOH, OTT a plus)Experience in DTC subscription or membership modelsFamiliarity with advanced lifecycle tools and personalization strategiesExperience with tools such as Google Analytics, Segment, Iterable, Looker, Asana, Bazaarvoice, and ChannableStrong track record of managing and optimizing multi-million dollar media budgets with a data-driven approachDeep understanding of customer lifecycle metrics (LTV, CAC, retention, churn, cohort analysis)Experience with attribution and measurement frameworks, with a thoughtful perspective on incrementality and multi-touch attributionStrong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teamsExcellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skillsResults-oriented mindset with a passion for driving scalable, sustainable growthThe base salary range for this full-time position is $175,000 -$200,000. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
