With a strong emphasis on creating scalable and reliable systems, they are poised for significant growth in the tech landscape.What You Will DoLead the design and development of complex systems, ensuring seamless integration across infrastructure, backend, and product layers.Drive major technical initiatives that deliver measurable business outcomes, enhancing product performance and reliability.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and scale new product features from concept to deployment.Maintain a hands-on role with a focus on coding and system design, contributing to at least 60-70% of development efforts.Influence architectural decisions and technical direction, advocating for best practices in system design and execution.Ideal Candidate Background9–12 years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer with a strong command of TypeScript, Python, and/or Go, alongside expertise in React or modern JavaScript frameworks.Proven track record of owning complex systems end-to-end and delivering impactful platform solutions in high-growth environments.Experience leading significant technical projects that span multiple layers of technology, articulating the business value of engineering decisions.Strong mentorship skills, with a history of guiding engineers and influencing technical roadmaps.PreferredBackground in building B2B or platform-heavy product systems, ideally within a startup or high-growth tech environment.Experience with infrastructure and platform challenges, demonstrating a keen interest in system design and scalability.Compensation and BenefitsThe base salary for this role ranges from $275K to $300K, complemented by a competitive equity package.
