Together, we pursue a shared mission to create a more sustainable future.Join Veolia as a Field Service Representative (FSR) in our Chemical Solutions and Monitoring (CSM)division and advance your career in hands-on technical service and sustainability!Job DescriptionWe're seeking an experienced Field Service Representative to deliver exceptional on-site technical service as the primary technical liaison between Veolia and our Nuclear Power Customer in Soddy-Daisy, TN.You'll work independently as a resident FSR with training and oversight, providing expert installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting services for chemical feed equipment and water treatment systems while building lasting customer relationships through technical excellence.What You'll DoTechnical Service & Installation: Install, commission, and service chemical feed equipment, pumps, controllers, and instrumentation systems at customer siteCustomer Consultation: Act as technical consultant providing expert recommendations, training, and solutions to customer management and technical teams per contract languageSystem Optimization & Troubleshooting: Perform water analysis, calibrate equipment, program controllers, conduct preventative maintenance, and diagnose/resolve system issues through remote support technologies and on-site interventionsDocumentation & Compliance: Maintain detailed service reports, inventory management, and ensure all safety protocols are followedTerritory Management: Support one site and provide superior communication with account manager within assigned territory, coordinating with sales teams for optimal service deliveryQualificationsWhat We're Looking ForEducation & Experience:Technical degree/diploma in Electrical, Electronic Technology, Instrumentation, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline preferred, a high school diploma or GED is required.2-5 years of experience in instrumentation & electronics, plant operations/maintenance, or equivalent technical training.
