Internal Auditor

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking an Internal Auditor to assist their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $40.00 to $43.00 per hour.Job ResponsibilitiesSupport the planning and execution of financial, operational, and compliance reviews across various business areas. Evaluate internal processes and controls to ensure alignment with policies and regulatory standards. Perform testing and analysis to assess how well risks are managed and mitigated. Analyze large sets of data to identify trends, irregularities, and areas of concern. Prepare clear documentation and communicate findings along with recommendations for improvement. RequirementsA Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. At least 1+ year(s) of audit experience, with exposure to public accounting. Strong Excel skills with the ability to analyze and manipulate data effectively. Familiarity with audit tools and data analysis platforms is beneficial. Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines independently. QualificationsStrong analytical and problem solving skills with careful attention to detail. Proactive approach with the ability to identify risks and suggest improvements. Clear written and verbal communication skills for presenting audit findings.
