Branch Operations Manager

Overview:FBC Chemical Corporation is an employee-owned chemical manufacturing and distribution company. We are seeking an energetic and innovative individual to fill a Branch Operations Manager position to support company growth. The primary responsibility of this role is to lead and oversee the daily operations of our Cleveland manufacturing plant.  This role is integral to driving strategic growth, optimizing processes, introducing new products and ensuring the achievement of business objectives with safety first in mind. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, management expertise, and a proven track record in business development and project management. FBC’s Cleveland facility manufactures polymer and asphalt-based coatings and sealants, experience with these materials would be helpful but is not required.  Duties:Lead, motivate, and supervise employees to foster a high-performance work environmentOversee daily operations ensuring efficiency and quality standards are metHelp design and implement plant expansion, and identify and implement new production equipmentImplement process improvements to streamline current processes, reduce costs, and enhance productivityMonitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs)Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policiesDevelop and execute strategic plans to achieve organizational goals and expand business opportunitiesDrive business development efforts by introducing and optimizing new productsExperience:Experience with production scheduling, inventory management and shipping/receiving operationsDemonstrated success in supervising a team of chemical operator employeesManagement experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing or similar industryStrong background in strategic planning, process implementation and business developmentStrong project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives effectivelyExceptional leadership qualities with excellent communication and interpersonal skillsBenefits:·       Health Care Plan·       Dental Plan·       401(K) Plan with company contributions·       Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)·       PTO/VacationThis position offers an opportunity for a motivated professional to make a significant impact on our organization’s growth trajectory.
