Transactional Attorney (NY Licensed) - Consultant Role for Recruiting Agency NYCA small recruiting agency based in New York City is seeking a New York-licensed transactional attorney to serve as a consultant role to assist with drafting a new agreement for our firm.Scope of Work:Draft and/or revise a comprehensive recruiting agency agreementEnsure compliance with New York laws and industry best practicesProvide clear, practical language that protects the agency's interestsAdvise on legal considerations related to client and candidate engagementsQualifications:Active license to practice law in New YorkStrong experience in transactional law, contracts, and agreement draftingExperience with business lawPrior experience working with staffing/recruiting agencies is a plusDetail-oriented, responsive, and able to work independentlyDetails:Consultant / project-based roleFlexible hours with quick turnaround preferredRemote or NYC-basedTo Apply:
