They run a large, diversified hauling fleet and operate on a genuine safety-first culture, with real investment in their people, their equipment, and the communities they serve.THE OPPORTUNITYThis is a hands-on leadership role owning maintenance across the hauling fleet - residential, frontload, and commercial trucks running varied diesel platforms. You'll lead the Lead Mechanics at each site, partner with a Maintenance Supervisor, and keep the fleet safe, reliable, and DOT-compliant while controlling parts, fuel, and maintenance spend.
