Experience in customer service and/or office environment with administrative responsibilities.License/Certification RequiredEssential Job FunctionsThis position requires the ability to utilize office technology and maintain a professional disposition, manage general office duties such as preparation of documents, updating and maintaining electronic files, distributing office mail, greeting visitors, making and answering calls (professional phone etiquette), responding to emails, and other administrative duties as assigned.Preferred QualificationsCompletion of a two to four year degree program in business finance or other related field and at least one year of professional experience or equivalent combination of training and experience. Previous utility experience is a plus.Work Schedule/HoursMonday-Friday between the hours of 8am - 5pm.
