Operate tractors, tow equipment to plant, cultivate, and harvest crops of corn, soybeans, wheat, oats, and hay. Operate semi-trucks, no CDL required. Operate hand tools including but not limited to chain saws. From March through May feed cattle. Repair and maintain fencing, maintain and perform regular light service to equipment.Minimum Education RequiredHigh school diploma or GED required.Minimum Experience RequiredMust have at least 6 months experienceAble to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.Obtain Class D driver's license within 30 days of hire. Possible random drug screen at employer's expense after hire. Employer provides free housing for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Employer pays inbound transportation and subsistence to work site upon 50% completion of work contract for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least $16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts (Updated 03/24/2025).
