Sr. Manager, Learning Systems & Operations

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Manager Learning Systems & Operations to join the team of a leader in the Consumer Technology space. This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a technology-driven environment.Location: Chicago, IL - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship availableCompensation: $116,800 – $232,800 annuallyResponsibilities Set the learning systems strategy and roadmap aligned to business priorities and learner needs Connect architecture, platform tools, and operations into a single, scalable system Lead a high-performing team through coaching and development Establish processes for requirements, launch readiness, testing, and change management Build a systems function that enables clear decision-making at all levels Maintain working knowledge of LMS platforms and system integrations Partner with various teams to turn business needs into working solutions Identify capability gaps and invest in building necessary skills and leadership depthQualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in SaaS, customer education, or learning technology 5+ years of experience in learning systems, enterprise platforms, or technical program leadership 3+ years of people leadership experience, leading global, cross-functional or matrixed teams Experience owning or contributing to complex system initiatives in a fast-paced environment Working knowledge of learning technologies, including LMS, access rights, or coordinated workflows Familiarity with workflow or project management tools (e.g., Workfront) Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments and make sound decisions Strong problem-solving and analytical skillsBenefits Opportunity to lead in a dynamic SaaS environment Work with a multi-disciplinary team across various functions Flexible work environment that fosters growth and innovation Potential for long-term incentives through equity awards Access to training and professional development opportunitiesOur client is an equal opportunity employer.
