American Traveler is hiring an experienced Cardiovascular OR Surgical Tech (CVOR) for a 13-week travel contract at a hospital in Rochester, NY, requiring Epic experience and NY RN licensure.Job Details• Large surgical services department with 23 ORs and 1 procedure room,• Performs elective and emergency surgeries for both adult and pediatric patients across a variety of surgical specialties,• Day shift schedule: 4x10-hour shifts, 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM,• On-call requirement of approximately one call shift per week and one weekend per month,• Floating to general procedures is required when the CVOR is not busy,• Epic EMR is required,Job Requirements• Active NY RN license required,• Current BLS certification required,• Minimum 1 year of CVOR/cardiovascular OR surgical tech experience required,• Epic EMR experience required,Additional Information• First-time travelers are welcome to apply,• Local candidates are not accepted - must reside more than 75 miles from the facility,• 2 professional supervisor references from within the past 2 years required for consideration,• Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained required for consideration,
