We are looking for a self-motivated, task oriented, and compassionate self-starter to join our ABA team as a BCBA/BCBA-D. The ideal candidate would be a key player as we look to continue to build our ABA program. We offer a caring and nurturing environment that puts our clients at the center of what we do and trust. It is important to note that the position is not a desk job. This position would be in field nurturing relationships with our current client base and creating relationships with our future client base. Scope of BCBA Work: Full time position Developing and monitoring behavior support plans and individualized treatment plans Collecting and analyzing data with communication of data to various stakeholders Administrator for training and staff development for staff, teachers, and parents Provides supervision for behavior technicians and 1:1 support as needed Provides supervision per ANLTS guidelines for BCBA students; group and individual Qualifications: Education - Master’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field Certification(s) – Board Certified Behavior Analyst (required) certification Skill Set: Strong reasoning skills Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders in varying situations Ability to work autonomously Team player and the ability to make those around you better Ability to prioritize tasks Time management skills Compensation: $70,600 - $80,600 Starting pay with opportunities for growth $2,000 Sign on Bonus $1,200 per Year Travel Stipend Continuous Raises (Based on clinic wide and personal goals) Stay Bonuses of $1k - $6k starting at year 3 based on years of services to A New Leaf Health Insurance Options Employer Matching 401k Supportive Work Environment Tuition Discounts Generous PTO -12 days of annual, 12 days of sick, 11 paid holidays (that’s 7 weeks total!)
