Licensed Behavioral Health Professional (Full time and Contract)

We are seeking a compassionate Behavioral Health Professional (LCSW, LMSW, LPC, LAC) to provide therapy and counseling for residential youth and community clients.Conduct intakes, assessments, and develop treatment plans aligned with client goals.Provide individual, family, and group therapy, ensuring documentation meets HIPAA and third-party requirements.Participate in team meetings, collaborate with medical staff, and respond to crisis situations on a rotating on-call basis.Maintain licensure, adhere to ethical standards, and follow all regulatory policies.Qualifications include a relevant Master’s degree, current Arkansas license, and ability to pass background checks.Preferred experience in adolescent care, trauma therapies, substance abuse counseling, and Medicaid billing.Compensation is full-time or contract, with benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, and retirement. Work is in person, averaging 40 hours per week.
