About Us: Le Monde Laboratory is on a mission to establish a cutting-edge drug testing laboratory that will serve both the USA and international markets. As part of our strategic expansion, we aim to tackle the global fight against drug abuse through comprehensive testing, prevention, and sensitization programs. We are seeking an experienced Business Strategist to help us build and structure this new business from the ground up. Position Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled Business Strategist with extensive experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in drug testing and laboratory services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing strategies, establishing procedures, and ensuring regulatory compliance in healthcare businesses. This role is critical in shaping the foundation of our new venture, which will start in the USA and eventually expand to overseas markets, focusing on drug abuse prevention and education. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy for the launch and growth of our drug testing laboratory, aligning with market needs and company goals. Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on the healthcare and drug testing industry to identify opportunities, risks, and competitive landscape. Implementation: Oversee the implementation of business strategies, including setting up the laboratory, acquiring necessary equipment, and ensuring smooth operations. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all business activities comply with relevant healthcare regulations, including CLIA, OSHA, and HIPAA, and prepare the business for inspections and accreditation. Operational Procedures: Design and establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the laboratory, ensuring high-quality service delivery and accurate test results. Business Development: Identify and establish partnerships with healthcare providers, government agencies, and other key stakeholders to drive business growth. Expansion Strategy: Develop and implement a strategic plan for international expansion, focusing on drug abuse prevention, sensitization, and education in overseas markets. Financial Planning: Collaborate with financial teams to create budgets, forecast revenue, and manage costs effectively to ensure profitability. Project Management: Lead and manage cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred. Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in business strategy, preferably within the healthcare industry, with a focus on drug testing or laboratory services. Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, including CLIA, OSHA, HIPAA, and other relevant standards. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage teams, drive projects to completion, and influence stakeholders at all levels. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex strategies and concepts to diverse audiences. Global Perspective: Experience with international business operations or expansion, particularly in markets focused on drug abuse prevention and education, is a plus. Project Management: PMP or similar certification is an advantage. Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with healthcare technologies, laboratory information management systems (LIMS), and business analytics tools. Why Join Us?
