Role descriptionJob Title : Salesforce Commerce Cloud Technical Architect Job Location : Remote / Scottsdale, ArizonaSalesforce Commerce Cloud SFCC Technical Lead Architect 8 - 12 Years of expSkills Expertise in Salesforce Commerce Cloud SFCC architecture and development with broad knowledge of ecommerce platforms and best practices Proficient in frontend technologies React JavaScript and headless architectures plus strong understanding of integration frameworks and APIs REST GraphQL to connect SFCC with external systems Strong knowledge of performance optimization site reliability engineering and scalability strategies for high traffic commerce sites Experienced in defining technical standards and architecture guidelines with a track record of making key design decisions for complex systems Excellent technical leadership and mentoring skills with the ability to guide development teams and coordinate effectively with cross functional stakeholders Job Description Act as the overall technical owner of the SFCCbased digital commerce platform responsible for its architecture technical health and continuous evolution Own the endtoend solution architecture spanning SFCC backend the PWA React storefront and all integration interfaces ensuring a unified scalable design across the ecosystem Define technical standards design patterns and best practices for the platform make key architecture and design decisions that align with longterm business and technology goals Lead the technical delivery of new ecommerce features from initial design through deployment ensuring solutions are built in line with architecture standards and are robust and secure Drive platform evolution by planning and overseeing Salesforce Commerce Cloud upgrades and the adoption of new platform capabilities or thirdparty tools Ensure the reliability performance and stability of the platform by embedding nonfunctional requirements like load monitoring security into the design of all solutions Enable business agility by implementing a Page Designer component strategy empowering businesscontent teams to create and modify pages in SFCC with minimal developer involvement Provide leadership in production operations by guiding L2L3 support teams through critical eCommerce incidents P1 P2 P3 ensuring timely recovery thorough root cause analysis effective problem management and implementation of permanent fixes Other details Mentor and guide development team members performing code reviews and technical oversight to ensure adherence to best practices and high code quality across the platform Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders translating business objectives into technical solutions and ensuring clear communication of complex ideas Oversee technical governance reviewing major code changes and system enhancements to ensure compliance with architecture guidelines security standards and scalability requirements Coordinate closely with development QA and support teams to ensure a smooth post golive support plan is in place and that knowledge transfer and documentation are properly handled Stay uptodate with Salesforce Commerce Clouds product roadmap and emerging technologies in the ecommerce space proactively evaluating and recommending new tools or approaches to maintain technological excellenceOther detailsThe salary range for this position is $120,000–$150,000 annually.Variable Compensation: This position includes a bonus or variable payout component based on individual and organizational performance.Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.Benefits/perks listed below may vary depending on the nature of your employment with LTIMindtree (“LTIM”):Benefits and Perks:Comprehensive Medical Plan Covering Medical, Dental, VisionShort Term and Long-Term Disability Coverage401(k) Plan with Company matchLife InsuranceVacation Time, Sick Leave, Paid HolidaysPaid Paternity and Maternity LeaveThe range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum salary target for the position across all US locations.
