Customer Services Representative - Entry Level

Job Description As a Customer Services Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers — answering questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression. Day-to-day, you can expect to respond to customer inquiries. Troubleshoot issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate team.
