Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position based in New York, NY, for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The role involves managing the full lifecycle of recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, develop employer branding strategies to attract top talent, and create a positive candidate experience while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and values. Qualifications Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidatesProficiency in Hiring processes and Employer Branding to attract top talentStrong skills in Conducting Interviews and Recruiting in diverse industriesExcellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skillsAbility to work collaboratively with hiring managers and cross-functional teamsExperience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment marketing toolsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldFamiliarity with employment laws and best practices is an advantage
