Responsibilities:• Define program scope, objectives, success metrics, and alignment with organizational goals• Bridge communication between engineering teams and business stakeholders focusing on system architecture and implementation• Oversee multiple projects within the program to ensure smooth execution and delivery• Identify and manage program dependencies, risks, and issues for timely resolution• Facilitate data-driven technical trade-off discussions• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to align program outcomes with business objectives• Translate business goals into actionable program plans that foster growth and innovation• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships• Develop and maintain program reporting for data-driven decision-making• Promote a culture of continuous feedback and improvement4. Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Computer Science, or related field• 5+ years of experience in technical program or project management, preferably in technology or financial services• Proven success managing complex programs with measurable business results• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and MS Project• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, demonstrating leadership and adaptability5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:• Competitive salary in the range of $92,000 - $115,000• Bonus programs and 401(k) match6.
