This role is critical to ensuring the timely, cost-effective delivery of products and services while maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. The Supply Chain Manager will oversee procurement, inventory management, and logistics, with responsibilities for project management and supplier relationships, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence across the organization.What you'll do:Execute supply plan by utilizing MPS and MRP to ensure inventory levels align with the stocking plan.Supervise Procurement and Logistics employees.Execute supply chain special projects.Develop, and maintain, supply chain and procurement procedures and work instructions.Verify procurement inputs to RFQ, vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management to ensure cost competitiveness and quality standards. Complete monthly plan vs actuals assessment and drive consensus on responsesMonitor day-to-day supply chain constraints, develop and execute resolution plans, and escalate stockout risk to relevant stakeholders.Execute item setup and BOM structure changes triggered by PLM and ERP updates to ensure data integrity and supply continuity.Manage inventory levels to optimize working capital while ensuring adequate stock availability and minimizing obsolescence.Oversee logistics and transportation planning to ensure efficient and timely product delivery to customers and contract manufacturer.Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial suppliers, conducting regular performance reviews and fostering continuous improvement.Monitor supply chain metrics and KPIs; prepare reports and dashboards to track performance, risk management, and identify/escalate issues.Support lean and Six Sigma methodologies to reduce waste, improve efficiency, and enhance overall supply chain performance.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, quality standards, and company policies throughout supply chain operations.Collaborate with cross-functional departments including operations, finance, sales, R&D, and customer service.Monitor supply chain budgets and identify opportunities for cost reduction without compromising quality or service levels.Required Skills & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field — or equivalent professional experience.Minimum 7 years of progressive supply chain or operations management experience3+years of direct people management experienceProven experience in procurement, vendor management, and negotiationsStrong knowledge of supply chain planning, demand forecasting, and inventory managementExperience with ERP systems and supply chain management softwareExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insightsStrong project management and organizational skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across all organizational levelsBonus Points For:APICS certification (CSCP, CPIM, CSCA)Experience in regulated medical device environment, subject to 21 CFR Part 820NetSuite, Propel PLM, and Asana project management experienceExperience shipping/transporting Li-ion batteries as Dangerous GoodsExperience with advanced planning systems (APS) or demand planning softwareExperience in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement initiativesKnowledge of supply chain sustainability and ethical sourcing practicesEqual Employment OpportunityIt is the policy of the company to provide equal employment opportunity to all persons regardless of age, color, national origin, citizenship status, physical or mental disability, race, religion, creed, gender, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity and/or expression, genetic information, marital status, status with regard to public assistance, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local law.
