Adult School Supervisor

The Mountain Sports School Supervisor supports daily operations and instructor development of a team of 85–160 instructors while delivering a safe, high-quality guest experience. Assists the Manager and Director with staffing, training, and operational planning while modeling leadership, accountability, and a strong team culture.Required: High School Diploma or GED.Minimum of two years of snowsports instruction experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Current PSIA/AASI Level 1 certification or equivalent.Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree.PSIA/AASI Level 2 certification or higher.One year of supervisory or leadership experience.
