Job specification Candidate requirements Job specification Manage and respond to patients' needs, including pain management, wound care, and patient education. Provide support and counseling to help patients and families understand and manage their care needs. Ensure all documentation is complete and adheres to regulatory and facility standards. Communicate effectively with the healthcare team, patients, and families to provide high-quality, coordinated care. Participate in unit-based training, workshops, and continuing education courses to enhance skills and knowledge. Candidate requirements BSN, associate's degree in nursing (ADN), or Diploma in Nursing from an accredited program is required. BLS, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Certification preferred. 1-2 years of experience in medical-surgical nursing or a related clinical setting.
