We are seeking a Program Lead - Business Operations to support Business Execution services. This is a highly visible, leadership-facing role that combines program coordination, data analytics, and hands-on automation development. This individual will directly interface with senior leadership (GS-14/15 and SES levels) and must demonstrate executive presence, strong analytical capability, and the ability to use AI and other tools to enhance reporting, workflow management, and operational efficiency.Position RequirementsCoordinate and support execution of services, including reporting, milestone tracking, and leadership briefings.Develop and maintain executive-level dashboards, performance metrics, and analytical reports.Streamline and monitor workflows, task tracking, and data collection.Leverage Microsoft 365 tools (e.g., Forms, Planner, OneNote, Teams) and SharePoint sites used for documentation, team collaboration, task assignment / tracking, metrics, file storage, surveys, etc; answer questions and train other users as necessary; provide best practices to management and document the system as required.Use AI and automation to summarize information, improve reporting accuracy, reduce manual effort, and enhance decision support.Analyze program data to identify trends, risks, and performance gaps; provide actionable recommendations to leadership.Support preparation of executive briefings, strategic summaries, and data visualizations for senior stakeholders.Coordinate cross-functional tasks, action items, and deliverables to ensure disciplined program execution.Prepare for, lead, and facilitate meetings, e.g., strategic planning, goal setting.Improve and document standard operating procedures and workflow processes.Ensure data integrity, compliance, and audit readiness across reporting activities.Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership by translating complex data into clear, concise, executive-ready insights.Formal Education and CertificationBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Public Administration, or related field.Minimum six (6) years of relevant professional experience in program coordination, analytics, or federal support services.Ideal Candidate ProfileStrong planning and data analysis skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.Experience developing executive dashboards and performance reporting tools.Ability to confidently interface with senior government leadership.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities in a hybrid environment.Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving capability.Exceptional quantitative analysis skills and ability to derive recommendations informed by data and insights.Comfortable working on multiple tasks concurrently and meeting deadlines, while maintaining focus in an environment with conflicting demands.Professional demeanor and executive presence.Preferred Experience: Experience supporting DoD or federal agency programs. Familiarity with FAR/DFARS or acquisition-related environments. Experience supporting PMO or Business Execution functions. Experience working in a consulting or government contracting environment. Working knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools.Location: DMV-area candidates due to on-site leadership engagement requirements in Arlington, VA. Ability to support occasional travel (estimated 515%) for conferences, stakeholder engagements, or industry events as required by customer.Additional Requirements: U.S. Citizenship required.
