Job Title : Request for Assistance AnalystLocation : Bellevue, WA (ONSITE)Full Time ONLYJob DescriptionMust Have Technical Skills:M365; IT IS; Digital: Microsoft Azure; ADG; PMRoles & Responsibilities:• Receive, acknowledge, and log incoming RFAs in FastTrack tooling (FTOP / CRM).• Ensure the request is captured correctly with complete customer, tenant, workload, and contact details.• Validate customer eligibility for FastTrack benefits as per the defined guidelines• Assess whether the requested support is in scope for FastTrack• Triage RFAs using defined FastTrack rules accurately• Maintain 100% data hygiene in FastTrack systems
