As an Assembler, you will be responsible for operating assembly equipment and manufacturing plastic parts for cooler-related products while meeting quality and production standards. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced production environment.

$150 at 30 days and $150 at 60 days
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Manually assemble parts by following detailed work instructions
Monitor product quality and report any issues to Line Lead, Quality, or Supervisor
Package completed products into designated boxes and locations
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Perform tasks such as screw gunning, foaming, cleaning, and drain plug operations
Meet efficiency and quality standards at all times
Monitor assembly machinery and report malfunctions or defects
Report unsafe conditions or equipment immediately
Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times
Follow dress code and company policies
Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality
Work overtime or irregular hours as needed to meet production demands
Assist with training other operators when required
Support continuous improvement initiatives
Assist Line Leaders and perform additional duties as assigned
Decision Making:
Perform tasks following established procedures and work instructions
Escalate issues related to quality, safety, or equipment to supervisors
Ensure proper tools and resources are available; report if not
Interactions:
Work closely with Line Leads, Supervisors, Quality teams, and fellow production employees
Qualifying Criteria:
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
No previous experience required (training provided)
Strong attention to detail
Basic math skills
Ability to read, write, and communicate in English or Spanish
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Willingness to work overtime or rotating shifts as needed
Physical Requirements:
Lift up to 35 lbs. repeatedly throughout shift
Lift overhead up to 35 lbs.
Stand, bend, and work in various positions for up to 12 hours
Push materials up to 35 lbs. using rollers or wheels
Perform repetitive movements and use both hands for assembly tasks
Visual ability to inspect products and operate equipment safely
Work Environment:
Manufacturing environment with seasonal temperature changes (hot in summer, cold in winter)
High noise levels; hearing protection required
Exposure to machinery and production equipment
Required PPE may include safety glasses, gloves, ear protection, and steel-toe shoes
