Associate Attorney

We have partnered with a global law firm in a search for a Mid-Level Associate Attorney to join their commercial litigation practice group in Miami, FL. Key Responsibilities:Focus on the defense of complex product liability matters and commercial disputes.Represent and defend product manufacturers, suppliers, and insurers in general liability matters. Draft pleadings, briefs, and interrogatories. Conduct legal research via Westlaw and/or LexisNexis.Submit filings to court. Qualifications:Licensed in FL and NY.2+ years of law firm experience.Commercial litigation experience preferred, but not required. Environmental/toxic tort experience preferred, but not required. Excellent annual and monthly bonus structure and flexible hybrid work schedule offered.
