This night shift opportunity offers a chance to apply your cardiac telemetry skills while working alongside a multidisciplinary team in a 32-bed unit equipped with advanced technology like Alaris infusion pumps and EPIC EMR.Key Responsibilities:Perform comprehensive cardiac tele nursing assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.Monitor and titrate medications accurately for cardiac patients.Collaborate with ancillary departments to coordinate patient care and optimize outcomes.Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold professional nursing standards.Float within a rotational system as needed on the unit.Adhere to facility policies including dress code and vaccination requirements.Participate in orientation and be available for night shifts with a flexible schedule.Qualifications and Experience:Current RN license eligible in or licensed by the state of Missouri.Minimum 1 year of inpatient cardiac telemetry nursing experience.BLS certification from AHA required.NIHSS certification required prior to start or within first two weeks.ACLS certification from AHA preferred.Competence in drug titration and patient assessment in a cardiac/medical surgical setting.Location Overview: Situated in the vibrant community of Republic, Missouri, near Springfield, this assignment offers a blend of urban amenities and natural beauty.
