In a globally growing healthcare market, we are looking for a full-time Value Stream Supervisor to strengthen our team in Memphis, TN.The Demand Planner plays a critical role in ensuring product availability, supply continuity, and operation efficiency within a regulated medical device manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for developing accurate demand forecasts, analyzing market and customer trends, and collaborating cross-functionally to align supply plans with business objectives. The role requires strong analytical skills, deep understanding of supply chain processes, and familiarity with FDA regulated production environments.ORThe Demand Planner is responsible for developing accurate demand forecasts, supporting S&OP, and ensuring product availability within a regulated medical device environment. Works cross-functionally to align demand, supply, and inventory strategies.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain short‑ and long‑term demand forecasts using data and statistical tools.Analyze trends, forecast accuracy, and demand risks; recommend corrective actions.Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to gather market insights.Support S&OP by presenting forecast updates and supply risks.Set inventory targets and safety stock levels; help prevent shortages or excess.Maintain demand data in ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Rapid Response).Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO 13485, and quality system requirements.Other duties as assignedRequirementsWhat we Value:Passionate – You take pride in your work and are driven by the impact it has on patient livesTrustworthy – You consistently deliver reliable work and uphold the highest standards of quality and integrityResults – Oriented – You stay focused on meeting goals, maintaining precision, and exceeding expectationsTogether – You collaborate, communicate, and life others up to achieve shared successEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, Engineering preferred, or 3-5 years of supply chain experience, ideally in medical devices or regulated manufacturing.SkillsDetail oriented decision making skillsAnalytical problem-solving skillsAbility to follow written and verbal instructionsGood communication and teamwork skillsMicrosoft Office experienceOther Software skillsPhysical DemandsAbility to hear and verbally communicate clearly in meetings, on the phone, and in group discussionsOccasional bending, stooping, or reaching during on-site activities or workspace organization.Ability to sit or stand and move within an office environment for extended periods of timeMust be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 lbs.Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment as requiredVisual acuity to read documents, computer screens, etc.Working ConditionsOffice-based role with regular interaction in manufacturing and cleanroom environmentsMonday – Friday, standard business hours with flexibility as needed to meet project milestonesReporting StructureThis position reports to the Supply Chain Manager
