Role Description This is a full-time hybrid Portfolio Manager role based in St. Cloud, FL, with flexibility for occasional remote work. The Portfolio Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned community associations. Responsibilities will include managing budgets, coordinating projects, communicating with board members and residents, ensuring compliance with association regulations, and overseeing vendor and service contracts. The role involves problem-solving, organizing meetings, and ensuring the efficient operation of the communities within the portfolio. Qualifications Strong analytical skills and ability to manage data-related tasks effectivelyExperience in project portfolio management and program managementExcellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with team members, board members, and residentsBasic understanding of financial principles, budgeting, and financial reportingHighly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks and prioritiesProactive problem-solving skills and attention to detailExperience with homeowners or condominium association management is a plusProficiency in relevant software and tools is an advantage
