We’re known for our precision, performance, and no-nonsense approach to storefront, curtain wall, and specialty glazing projects throughout MO, KS, OK, and AR. Job Summary We’re looking for a Glazier Foreman who can take charge of field operations, lead install crews, and deliver top-quality glazing work on commercial jobsites. You’ll be responsible for layout, quality control, material handling, and coordination with the office and GC. This is a lead-by-example position — hands-on, fast-paced, and critical to our project success. Key Responsibilities Lead field crews on installation of aluminum storefront, curtain wall, doors, and glazing systems Read and interpret shop drawings and field dimensions Coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials on site Communicate daily with project managers and GCs Ensure jobsite safety, cleanliness, and compliance Train and supervise apprentices and glaziers Maintain install quality, speed, and accountability Troubleshoot field issues and drive projects forward Qualifications 10+ years glazing experience (commercial preferred) Strong knowledge of storefront, curtain wall, door hardware, and glass types Prior leadership or crew lead experience preferred Ability to read blueprints and interpret elevation marks Comfortable working at heights and using lifts and tools Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation OSHA 10 or 30 is a plus (we can assist if needed) What We Offer Competitive Pay: Based on experience, with overtime available Leadership Track: Grow with a company that promotes from within Young, Motivated Ownership: Fast decisions, real opportunity Consistent Work: Strong backlog of commercial projects Benefits: Health, 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Company phone and uniforms Why Work Here?
