This role serves as the technical lead, ensuring buildings operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all applicable codes and standards. The Lead Building Engineer provides guidance to engineering staff, coordinates vendors, and partners with property management and clients to deliver reliable facilities operations. Pay: $35.00 - $45.00/hour The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position.
