If you take pride in doing things right and want a job where you can actually see the results of your work - keep reading.The RolePosition: Wash Technician Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Seasonal (we'll work with the right person) Compensation: $19/hr Starting (Can be more based on experience) Location: Greater Lansing area — Lansing, East Lansing, DeWitt, Delta Township, Holt, Okemos, Grand Ledge, Mason, Williamston, and surrounding communitiesWhat You'll Be DoingPerforming exterior cleaning services including house washing, concrete cleaning, gutter cleaning, roof washing, window cleaning, and deck cleaning Operating and maintaining commercial-grade pressure washing and soft wash equipment Following proper cleaning techniques for each surface type — no guesswork, no cutting corners Protecting customer property throughout every job (landscaping, outlets, fixtures - the works) Communicating professionally with homeowners on-site Loading, unloading, and maintaining equipment and the truck/trailer setup Keeping job sites clean and leaving every property spotless when you leaveWhat We're Looking ForStrong work ethic - you show up on time, ready to work, every single day Detail-oriented - you notice what others miss and take pride in doing things thoroughly Comfortable working outdoors in all Michigan weather conditions Able to lift 50+ lbs and handle physically demanding work Reliable transportation to meet at the shop or job sites Team player who can also work independently when needed 18 years or older Prior pressure washing or exterior cleaning experience is a plus - but we'll train the right personWhy LPPWYou'll learn a real trade.
