The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in GNSS algorithms, embedded systems, and estimation techniques, along with the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.Key Responsibilities:Apply in-depth knowledge of GNSS navigation algorithms and estimation theory to drive research and development of navigation solutionsDesign, implement, test, and document complex GNSS algorithms using C/C++ for embedded platformsDevelop and optimize real-time embedded software for navigation systemsConduct peer reviews of algorithm designs, software architecture, and implementation to ensure high-quality deliverablesCollaborate with cross-functional teams (hardware, firmware, systems) to diagnose issues and implement solutionsTroubleshoot and resolve system-level defects, ensuring performance and reliability improvementsContribute to continuous improvement of navigation accuracy, robustness, and efficiencyRequired Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Aerospace, or related fieldStrong experience with GNSS systems (GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, BeiDou)Hands-on expertise in navigation algorithms and estimation techniques (e.g., Kalman Filters)Proficiency in C/C++ embedded programmingExperience working with real-time embedded systemsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsPreferred Qualifications:Experience with sensor fusion (IMU, INS integration)Familiarity with RTK/PPP positioning techniquesKnowledge of signal processing and RF fundamentalsExperience with embedded Linux or RTOS environments
