They concentrate on data collection and analysis of sales-related information and statistics in order to accurately and effectively plan retail interactions, create proactive action plans that increase brand awareness of AtriCure's Cryo Nerve Block products in their assigned area, and manage and direct CTMs and CCSs to create strong lines of communication from the field to senior management.Drive activities of CTMs and CCSs in a manner that increases brand awareness, product presence and revenue generation for AtriCure's Cryo Nerve Block productsDirect sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordinglyCoordinate activities with Marketing that target specific growth areasMonitor sales data on a continual basis (weekly) and make changes as neededCommunicate regularly with all direct reports for updates on their activities and sales performanceFoster a collaborative approach within accounts throughout the area, ensuring an aligned strategy with local teams across franchisesDisseminate information to the field ensuring all product knowledge, initiatives and trends are up-to-dateDevelop and nurture strategic account and clinical relationships within the area, and support and monitor key relationships of direct reportsBuild and maintain a comprehensive needs assessment and business plan for each strategic account to deliver superior value to the customer and accelerated, profitable growth for AtriCurePerform other related tasks such as representation at national and regional events, support of corporate initiatives, attend industry trade shows and events, etc.What You BringBachelor's degree required or demonstrated equivalent combination of education, training and experience.MBA highly preferredSpecific knowledge and selling experience related to cardiac or thoracic surgical procedures is highly preferredMinimum of 5 years in sales leadershipMust have a successful track record with sales quota achievementMust have the ability to identify obstacles that could impede new sales and define solutions resulting in a new business approach and outcomeMust be able to think strategically, specifically long-term AtriCure business plans, goals and needs for the areaMust have strong clinical and technical aptitudeAbility to travel up to 75% more depending on territoryAbility to pass account and hospital credentialing processesWhat We Offer in ReturnCompetitive salary plus monthly/quarterly/annual bonus and commissionCar allowance, gas and cell phone reimbursement, expense accountHealth care (medical, dental, vision, health savings account) and wellness programs401K retirement savings plus matchVolunteer time off (VTO)Extended parental leaveDiscounted employee stock purchase programAtriCure has a variety of benefits available for US based employees and their families.
