If you’re skilled in end to end recruitment and early career and campus hiring and excited to progress your career, this role could be your next step.Key AccountabilitiesWith a clear focus on Early Careers Recruitment, you’ll support a specified business area covering seasonal recruitment supporting all campaigns and programmes. You’ll manage candidates through a selection process to agreed timelines in a fast-paced client facing environment.Key Responsibilities -Full accountability for the management of the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a consistent service through close collaboration with the Sourcing, Administration and Regional recruitment teamsPartnering with the business, Rolls-Royce Staffing and HR to review and define resourcing needs and develop recruitment strategies to meet short, medium- and long-term client requirements Building stakeholder relationships and making them aware of initiatives/products available within AMS (Coaching platform, AMS one etc)Working with the Brand & Attraction Manager to support ET attraction activities Working with the Campus and Attraction team to assist in facilitating and attending events to promote the clients emerging talentCreation of Evergreen & Live requisitions and assigning Recruiter & Sourcer accordinglyEnd-to-end oversight of the candidate journey through the recruitment cycle, flagging any issues accordinglyFacilitating assessment centers and supporting the business in hiring decisions (Assessor brief and wash up)- including off-site F2F AC’s with travel/overnight staySpecific Emerging Talent Assessor Training sessions Assisting with organisation and facilitation on F2F Assessment CentersCandidate care calls prior to Assessment Center Collate Governance deck and manage governance board meetings Support facilitation of Meet and Engage events with Campus Recruiter Collation of details for candidates onboarding (work boots and work wear details etc)Liaising with Onboarding PartnersMonitoring the daily ET report from Resource admin and chasing candidates sitting at Written offer accepted after 7 days and chasing documentsAttend weekly admin calls and follow up on items required from admin for onboardingSupporting external vetting checks as part of the business requirementsAssisting with organisation and facilitating on F2F and Virtual keep in touch sessionsManage projects as distributed by Line managersSkills & RequirementsMust haves:Experience in End to End Recruitment.Ability to liaise with and influence all levels of management to agree a change of direction or new processExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner closely with hiring managersAbility to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentExperience of developing and delivering recruitment strategies and processes to improve outcomes (e.g. decreased time to hire, increased quality of hire)Experience working in a complex matrix environmentComfortable working independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Nice to Haves:Presentation skills – verbal and in-personEarly Career and Campus hiring experienceWhy AMS?At AMS, we come from every walk of life - and that’s what makes us unique.
