Direct Care Worker - In Home Care
Soreo, a service of Mosaic, is seeking
dedicated and compassionate Independent Contracted Direct Care
Workers to support older adults and people of all ages with a
physical and/or intellectual disability.
This 1099 contract
opportunity is designed for mission-driven people who value

the freedom to build a schedule that fits your lifestyle,
coordinating visits based on your availability and the specific
needs of the people you serve. Compensation is based on location.

Responsibilities In this role, you will create
an environment where people can learn, grow, and discover. Core
duties include: Goal Achievement:
Support people in defining their own goals and provide the guidance
necessary to reach milestones that improve their daily quality of
life. Daily Living Support: Provide emotional
companionship and assist with essential household tasks, including
meal preparation, grooming, laundry, and light housekeeping.
Safety & Wellness: Monitor the medical,
nutritional, and personal care needs of those you serve to ensure
their well-being is being met.
Candidate Profile

least 18 years of age. Compliance: Must meet
all Arizona state provider requirements, including a comprehensive
background check and Class 1 Fingerprint Clearance.
Training: Ability to complete all
state-mandated training courses.
