Workplace Program AnalystResponsibilities:Support workplace strategy team on large complex projects and assignmentsAnalyze complex workplace data to deliver actionable insights supporting strategic decision-makingCreate clear, well-organized Excel and PPT deliverables including data visualizations, tables, models, reports, and analyses that stakeholders can easily understand and useTranslate large datasets into clear, concise metrics, scorecards, and executive reportsConduct thorough data lookups, cross-referencing, and verification to ensure data integrity across multiple sourcesProven ability to create clean, logically organized spreadsheets that are immediately understandable to others—formatting, labeling, and documentationIntellectually curious with genuine interest in exploring data, identifying trends, and continuously improving analytical methodsUtilize advanced Excel, data visualization tools, and analytics platforms to process informationIndependently manage multiple concurrent projects from initiation through completion with minimal oversightLead stakeholder communications and present findings to senior leadershipComply with all Jones Lang LaSalle policies and procedures, including but not limited to ethics and business practiceSupport workplace team with various administration tasks including executive presentations, onsite and virtual trainingBuild and maintain professional relationships across all key program stakeholdersProvide support for Workplace Strategy, Continuous Improvement and Market Planning teams for a large international clientProactively identify issues, develop solutions, and implement corrective actions without promptingProvide superior client service in all interactionsContribute to the growth of the companyEnhance own professional and personal skillsSound like you? To apply you need to be:Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution1-2 years of practical experience in an Analyst role requiredExperience in real estate or change management is preferredAdvanced Excel proficiency required: must demonstrate expertise with complex formulas (VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, nested IF statements), pivot tables, data validation, conditional formatting, and working with datasets of 10,000+ rowsAbility to build analytical models and automated reports independently is essentialSelf-directed work style with proven ability to manage projects independently, set priorities, and meet deadlines without regular supervisionExcellent interpersonal skills and professional demeanor when interacting with all organizational levels, from site staff to C-suite executivesOutstanding written and verbal communication skills with ability to present complex information clearly and respectfully to diverse audiencesStrong analytical skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyDetail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities
