Located in Seymour, MO, the company takes pride in providing reliable and dependable emergency vehicles.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Controller to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity at our Rogersville, MO location. The Controller will oversee financial reporting, payroll, budget management, and accounting operations to ensure accurate and efficient financial performance. Key responsibilities include managing financial records, preparing financial statements, overseeing accounts payable and receivable, coordinating audits, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on daily involvement in financial activities.QualificationsProficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and financial forecastingStrong knowledge of accounting principles, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliation processesExpertise in financial software and tools, including spreadsheets and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systemsAnalytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on accuracy and attention to detailExceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skillsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldExperience in manufacturing or service-related industries preferredCPA or CMA certification is an asset
